
Jeffrey B. Speaks, M.A.
Jeffrey B. Speaks is a doctoral student and teaching fellow at Boston University School of Theology, concentrating in Theology and Philosophy. He is a graduate of United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities (M.A.) and the University of Minnesota (B.A.). Jeffrey’s research interests include religious and ecstatic naturalism, American philosophy, and reformed theology. He has presented his work in the United States and in Europe, and he has been published in the American Journal of Theology and Philosophy, the Toronto Journal of Theology, and the Journal of Unitarian Universalist History. Jeffrey is a member of the Institute for American Religious and Philosophical Thought, the American Academy of Religion, and the Metaphysical Society of America.
Outside of his academic pursuits, Jeffrey is an avid musical theater actor, guitar player, and a cook. He lives in Lake Elmo, MN with his wife and two children.
